• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to the services provided
• We reserve the right to require payment in advance or deposits for certain projects

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and materials created by HAS Solutions Pvt. Ltd. remain our intellectual property until full payment is received and ownership is transferred as specified in the project agreement.

6.2 Client Content

You retain ownership of any content, materials, or intellectual property you provide to us. By providing such content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display it solely for the purpose of providing our services.

6.3 Deliverables

Upon full payment and completion of the project, ownership of custom deliverables will transfer to you as specified in the project agreement. We may retain the right to use anonymized versions of work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To collect or track the personal information of others
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• For any obscene or immoral purpose
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of our services

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Service Warranty: We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. We will correct any defects in our work that are reported to us within the warranty period specified in your project agreement.

Disclaimer: EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAS SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HAS Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
